The Green Antidote Smoke Shop

I expected a better experience. The staff demonstrated poor understanding of the products, and their attitude toward brand-new customers was unprofessional, distasteful, and unacceptable. Professional customer service should have been emphasized, especially when assisting first-time customers.

Customer service and attitudes is something you must have when you want new and return customers. This was lacking severely. I mentioned the price of the product I purchased to be slightly higher than another store that I frequent and the guy lost his 💩. Then when I asked if new customers get bonus points or gift if some sort as a lot of places do, he said “No, especially not for those who complain and say we’re expensive.” Then the door didn’t close all the way on my way out, before I could turn and close it I heard him cussing me to close the door. I hope this guy has a better day. This happened Tuesday 6/23/2026 @ 11:20 AM.

I walked in for something else, but ended up grabbing one of their $25 mystery goodie bags, and I’m really glad I did. The shop is super clean, organized, and just has a really good vibe. Ray and Tye were both cool, helpful, and easy to talk to no pressure, just genuine good energy. The goodie bag itself was honestly a steal. It felt like way more than $25 worth of stuff, and everything inside was actually useful, not just random.Great experience all around. I’ll definitely be back.

Clean and cute I like this place. They should get more business. The clerk is chill vibes and I think they just need some more promoting. Up until the other day I totally forgot this little gem was still existing in Shady Oaks little Ole Plaza... It's quite sad that the plaza isn't alive like it used to be cuz it's got mad character it's very asthetically nice to walk down the brick walls and what not. Hope you guys stay open I'll make an effort to get my vapes from here for future purchases.

I've been coming to this shop for almost a year now because it was super close to my residence. The drinks they sell really help with calming my anxiety. Over time, I've gotten to know Dai, Ty, and Chelly and honestly, they are the most fun group of people I've come across in shops like this here in Brevard. Each time I've visited, I've always felt welcome and appreciated. After moving, I tried several other shops around Melbourne and ended up coming back to Palm Bay just to visit them. If I'm in the area, I stop in just to pick up a drink and say hi. Most other shops I've been to where I'm at now just lack life. There's usually no music, the employees seem annoyed that I came in, and I feel like some even rushed me out of the store so they could resume personal calls. At the Green Antidote, I've never had that problem. Chelly is always sweet and friendly, Dai is warm and has a good sense of humor, and Ty always knows the best thing to try out if you're not sure. Plus, they all have amazing taste in music! It's them that keep me coming back and wanting to see how they have been doing. The owner is also upbeat and cheerful, plus her nails are always amazing to look at. This is defin
